Good evening,

 

I have purchased a new AX1800v to replacing an aging VR400 but for some reason it isn't working. I've seen people using the AX1800 have had to have some settings changed on TalkTalks send to get things working. 

 

Could someone look into this for me please?

Assuming you are on a FTTC/VDSL circuit there is nothing at the TalkTalk end to be adjusted. Have a look at the generic settings here:
