so I have notcied recently that my speeds seem to keep getting throttled.
im currently out of contract and not looking at renewing due to the fact that there has been a bug with the router that stops UPNP from working correctly. This has affected my connection when gaming.
My guaranteed speed is meant to be 60 mbps however recently this has been dropping as low as 2mbps when doing downloads.
i had disconnected everything from my router and have my console connected by cable and still download speeds are terrible. Today the highest I have seen when downloading was 30mbps. The second I stop doing a download and test connection I’m back to 60 mbps.
this sort of behaviour is just going to push me to switch provider.
anyone know the best route for complaints without having to sit on the phone for hours?

Forum support is usually c 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday from staff on the community.

OK, don't worry about that, I'll move it to the right area. I don't doubt you have an issue of some kind, but it is not throttling.

sorry might have posted in wrong area. I’m on fibre 65 package. I don’t believe talk talk don’t throttle as after a brief research online I have found many posts from talk talk customers that seem to experiencing what I am.
Currently doing a download now and getting 2mbps
before my contract expired I never dipped below my guaranteed speed.

There is a complaints link at the bottom of the page. But TalkTalk do not throttle. You have posted in the Full Fibre section, but the numbers you mention do not suggest that?
