As noted in the post "New TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub Firmware SG4K100208"
"Since the recent update to SG4K100208 within the routers menu structure Maintenance -> Logs is now empty regardless of the logging criteria applied."
I am also experiencing the 6 second dropout glitches, which are a confirmed bug with this current firmware and were not present in the previous firmware.
I was sent a new router to fix the various connection problems and a 3 separate BT engineers have visited our property to perform tests, which have not resolved our connection issues.
Our Internet drops for ~6 seconds numerous times a day, before reconnecting. This is extremely annoying due to us working from home with our internet calls and video conferences being cut off due to faulty firmware, which TalkTalk is well aware of.
I am now requesting that our firmware is rolled back to the previous (working) version with immediate effect at your earliest convenience as the 6 second cutouts are becoming unbearable. No new router or BT engineer can fix the issue caused directly by the current router firmware.
If this rollback is not performed and the issue resolved, we will have no choice but to cancel our service and use another ISP instead.
All my details are present and up-to-date on my account.
Please perform said rollback to the previous working firmware on our router.
Thank you

Hi @Denisesmith64
Apologies for this.
Our Devices Team are aware of the issue with the router logs and this is being investigaed.
I have rolled the firmware back to the previous version to see how the connection compares.
I will check in again with you tomorrow.
