Temporary Traffic Lights Interference?

Good morning,

I've been having problems with my wifi for over a month. Talk talk changed channels for me due to some interference.
Coincidentally, there have been road works here for a month and a half.
Could temporary traffic lights interfere with my wi-fi signal?
