Hi since past 1 week, the wifi doesn't work and it keeps blinking the yellow light. We are really struggling and unable to stream or use phone. We have restarted the device but it is not working. We would be very grateful if you could help us.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Just to confirm, does the connection drop and re connect or is there just no connection at all after 8pm?

 

Please can you log into My Account and check to see if HomeSafe/KidsSafe has been switched on?
