Router WI Fi channel changes

Hi my wi fi channel keeps changing randomly, I set it myself to for example channel 6 which seems stable and then the wi fi keeps dropping out and I check the channel has changed to 11 for example is there some setting I need to alter to stop this from happening? thanks.

How's the connection been since the WIFI optimisation was switched off?

Hi @Evobee61 it's not a setting you can change but the staff here can help by disabling optimisation which often, doesn't optimise at all😞.

 

Bear in mind this setting sometimes reverts following a firmware upgrade and possibly a  full router reset.
