Can you please add your TalkTalk landline telephone number to your community profile and let us know when you done this, we'll then take a look at this for you

Is this the same case as you reported here, @Jacobite_Warrior?

 

"The fibre that was with sky and I changed it to TALK-TALK in another property and its actually a Copper line and now it's 10days later with an engineer coming out tomorrow morning to see what's stopping my Broadband connecting without Internet."

 

Staff will reply during the day  - I hope the engineer visit is successful!
