There many sites where you can see how fast your broadband speed is. It's useful to know though what the average download speed is in your area. My maximum wireless speed is about 42 Mbps although I pay for a Fibre 65 service. This is because the line only supports about 44 Mbps in my post code. The property site Rightmove has a broadband speed checker. If you select a property for sale close by, you can see how your broadband speed compares with theirs and what the average speed is for your area.
