HomeSafe not working

Team, anyone having issues with HomeSafe, mine no longer seems to be working. I have reset all the DNSs to default but still no luck.

 

I am currently using the TalkTalk Hub 2 (version SG4K100136 - Sagemcom - FAST 5464 -1 T4 ) on Fibre  65.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi TyGold,


Are you able to test with an Ethernet cable rather than the powerline adapters, to see if it's an Ethernet issue rather than a PLA issue?

To confirm, I am using the TalkTalk DNS settings.

Hi Debbie, thanks for following up. It seems to work fine over WiFi, but any computer connected via Ethernet (via a powerline adaptor) seems to be able to bypass the restrictions. 

Is this meant to be the case?

Just to confirm, you are using TalkTalk DNS?
