Hi,

Could someone at TT please turn off WiFi optimization on my TT Hub Sagemcom router, please?

One of my devices gets dropped as I change the channel to meet conditions at specific times so I'm happy to conduct periodic network reviews and optimisations myself.

My phone number is in my profile.

How do you turn off WIFI optimisation as I have set the router to manual channel 11 but 24 hours later it reverts to channel 1 both my neighbors are using this channel.

Router is now holding the channels I select for both frequencies as I hoped it would.

WiFi is holding designated channel in both 2.4 and 5GHz frequencies now so I hope the unreliable connection holds.
