So for most Google search Results that will load Google services.com it will be showing server IP address could not be found.

Hi vtan5,

Do you get the same issue on more than one device?

Yeah and DNS servers successfully changed. But issue persists, apparently.

I thought that you had to disable advanced security, but presumably, you still have it disabled?

OK and it's not just an ad blocker issue? In which case I'm stuck I'm afraid. Hopefully someone else can help. Have you tried reaching out to Google?

Ah, is that down to specific cookies/permissions settings in your browser? Are you using Chrome, or something else?

The dns errorThe dns error

So let’s say you search for something to purchase or even some Google search results, When you click on it, it will send you to Google services.com before redirecting to the actual page. I’m guessing this is purely to do with ad tracking.

The problem I’m facing is When I search for something there will be some links that I click which will send me to this ip address not found.

ah, rereading the statement, it says to turn off ALL settings eero secure features, so after turning off ad blocker and so on, i can customised it now. Hopefully, the googleservices.com links are all working.

Thank you all.

Hi Keith, I've turned off the Advanced Security (Home -> Security & Privacy) and the DNS option is still not editable, could you let me know where do i find this Eero Secure?

Hi @vtan5

Have you tried turning off eero Secure in the app?

You need to turn off the security settings before you can change the DNS settings.
