Hi vtan5,
Do you get the same issue on more than one device?

Yeah and DNS servers successfully changed. But issue persists, apparently.

I thought that you had to disable advanced security, but presumably, you still have it disabled?

OK and it's not just an ad blocker issue? In which case I'm stuck I'm afraid. Hopefully someone else can help. Have you tried reaching out to Google?

I’m using chrome and tested on safari with the same search results. I also got an error but the link is double click.net

Ah, is that down to specific cookies/permissions settings in your browser? Are you using Chrome, or something else?

So let’s say you search for something to purchase or even some Google search results, When you click on it, it will send you to Google services.com before redirecting to the actual page. I’m guessing this is purely to do with ad tracking.
The problem I’m facing is When I search for something there will be some links that I click which will send me to this ip address not found.

OK, can you clarify that a bit, I have just tried searching for "Google services.com" and all i can find is Google Play?

I’m still getting the same error with Google services.com. What am I missing?

I did say that! 🙂 But glad you got there in the end.

ah, rereading the statement, it says to turn off ALL settings eero secure features, so after turning off ad blocker and so on, i can customised it now. Hopefully, the googleservices.com links are all working.
Thank you all.

That sounds right I think they have renamed eero Secure to Security & Privacy:-

Hi Keith, I've turned off the Advanced Security (Home -> Security & Privacy) and the DNS option is still not editable, could you let me know where do i find this Eero Secure?

Hi @vtan5
Have you tried turning off eero Secure in the app?

You need to turn off the security settings before you can change the DNS settings.
