Hi
My router has suddenly stopped operating on the 2.4Ghz WiFi
Devices can connect to the 5Ghz channel OK, but not the devices that can only use 2.4Ghz
Have power recycled the router but still same.
Can I be sent a new router please as it seems to have gone faulty ?
Thanks

Hi
Performed a factory default and now the 2.4Ghz wifi channel is working again. Thank you for your help.
There seems to be another bug in that the backup/restore options are missing from the maintenance pages so I had to manually setup my wifi config again 😞

In trying to solve this, have you by any chance tried disabling & re-enabling either of the WiFi bands? If so, there is a bug in the current firmware (V174) that means the WiFi signal often stops working. If this is the case, then the only workaround currently is to perform a factory default of the router's configuration.
