For over a month I've had severe DNS issues. In the past it used to happen every now and then but now it's literally 3-4 times an hour my internet cuts out and lags.
I have spoken to the webchat team twice now about this issue and had a talktalk and openreach engineer come out both times. The first time they could not detect and faults on my end, the second time they changed the main socket to a new one, which improved internet speed but didn't fix this issue. Here is a small sample of the router logs to highlight how frequent this happens.
The talktalk engineer mentioned first time to keep an eye on the weather, if it happens when it's raining then it's most likely an external issue and to raise this. The rain has been heavy today but it could just be coincidental.

I can't even watch youtube on 1080 or 720 without it buffering and stuttering constantly. Also using googles DNS is not a fix or a solution, just a temp work around.
The mods rejected this post twice 5 minutes ago and I would also like to know why!
