On a very regular basis I lose tv channels from itv onwards on my 4k tv box. Retune doesn't return them. Only option seems to be box reset but then I have to re-sign into all my apps. Happened twice in last week. A few other posts suggests same issue experienced by others. Any advice to stop this happening?

Hi,
A reset pressing the button on the left hand side 5 times will usually clear this but as you've tried that, there isn't anything else to try.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
