how to connect wired internet to eero and grandstream

Hi, I am setting up my new eero and grandstream. One socket on the eero is connected to the internet box on my wall, and the other socket will be connected to the grandstream box, to which I will also connect my landline phone. How do I connect my pc which uses wired internet?

You can buy an ethernet switch, here are a few examples from a well known online retailer.
