I am trying to connect my defender mini smart plug to the smart life app. The advice is to change wi-fi to 2.4G Hz. However I am not able to log in to my wifi hub using the username and password provided with the router. I dont know how to log in to wi-fi hub. Please help

The advice here applies to different Talktalk routers, if you were wanting to change the password etc, @asharma1, but basically shows you how to access any model anyway.
If you have a Sagemcom [Hub 1 or 2] the router password will be on the sticky label BEHIND the removable wifi network card.
If that doesn't seem to work, you'll maybe need to reset your router to factory settings, as the password may have been changed previously:
Helpful if you can let us know which router you are using.
If using Sagemcom:
