new 4k box.cant get terrestrial TV channels

Silly question, but you do have the aerial in?

 

Is it the 4k box or the TV hub?

 

Try resetting it,4k box you press the button on the left hand side 5 times, the TV Hub you choose factory reset from the settings menu.
