Hi, have received a new router with new network name and  password. when plugged in and turned on the  router light is a permanent white light, which is correct,

tablets, phone etc all receive the wi fi signal, when asked to join the network i cannot connect!!!

 

any ideas !!! thanks

Hi @stueybear I'm sorry to hear this, I will be able to run checks on your line, Can you unplug your router for 20 minutes and put it back on and on your device, go to the Wi-Fi settings, select the network, and choose the option to forget the network. Then try reconnecting by entering the password again. Let me know if you are still having the same issue.
