hi,
I have an eero router, however it will not allow our Orisec alarm to connect to their internet cloud server.
I need to replace the eero router with a draytek/tplink to make this work. What router settings do I need to use.
any help appreciated or if talktalk technical could contact me.

Access to a cloud server should not be restricted by router, have Orisec told you that the eero is incompatible?
