0345 numbers not working

Hi

I have full fibre and a Grandstream. I am unable to call two banks on 0345 numbers - there is no response. I am able to call my mobile.

Any thoughts please?

Hi Michelle, I managed to fix this by resetting the Digital Voice Adapter. Thanks.

Hi David,

I'm sorry for the delay. Can I confirm, what happens when you dial these 2 specific numbers? Do you hear any error messages? Have you tried powering down the Digital Voice Adapter for a full 30 minutes and then tried again?
