BT8500 keeps losing time & date

Since having full fibre installed my cordless BT8500 phones keep losing current time & date. Is it the GrandStream DVA?

On a copper service I believe the time and date is part of the caller ID and was set automatically by incoming calls, but as far as I know VOIP doesn’t support this so you will have to manually set the time and date.
