I am having major issues with Talk Talk. I have had no connection since last Tuesday night. I was informed after literally hours of interacting with Bots etc that my service would take 5 working days to reconnect. Yesterday (7 working days later) I was again informed via the chat service the exact same message that it would take 5 working days to reconnect me. What is going on? I feel trapped into a service that is not fit for purpose. I asked via message if I could have the phone number of a Talk Talk staff member so that I could speak to an actual person about my ongoing issue. I was informed that this wasn’t possible. I then requested that someone call me yesterday evening to try and sort my issue. I received no call after waiting patiently by my phone all evening. My phone is full of messages and links that take you round and round but are ultimately futile. I joined Talk Talk in the beginning of December and so far have had to pay absolutely nothing due to the service not being supplied. I cannot continue to be without a functioning service. I have tried to cancel and find a new supplier but keep having my chat disconnected at the point that I am due to be transferred to the cancellation department. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I know. After spending more of my time getting nowhere I decided to voice my concerns on a new thread. I appreciate your help but so far I’ve been give the run around by Talk Talk. Absolutely appalling service.

If you are trying to cancel, we always recommend calling 03451 720088, as Chat is not authorised to fulfil the process.
If you call the number, you need to ask to speak to the Loyalty team/ retentions department.
