Disputing a TalkTalk engineer charge

Hi, can anyone advise me how to sort this out?
We've had intermittent problems with our broadband at home. Several times an engineer has been sent round from Openreach, who's managed to sort out the cabling issues in the street. On one visit last month, though, talktalk charged us £75 for a "missed appointment", even though the engineer texted us, turned up on time in the morning, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a colleague to return a few days later to complete the repair. I told talktalk about this by the chat function when I got the message about a missed appointment, and was reassured it would be sorted - but the charge still appeared on my bill, and hasn't since been refunded. How do I get someone to look into this?
Any advice gratefully received.
Sean

Hi @seanwhyte
I can see that a credit has been applied for the incorrect charge.
You will see it in My Account.

Thanks, @Divsec . The charge was made on my January bill, and there's no refund in February's bill, so maybe it will be in March, as you suggest. My phone numbers and my customer number are in my community profile, so I'll wait to hear from the escalation of my post.
Cheers,
Sean

Hi @seanwhyte timing can be everything, have you had two bills without the promised credit showing?
