Hi
Signed up recently for Full Fiber but just got this text message twice and when following the link all they can tell me is to call support.
Is there any information you would be able to give me?

Thanks I am waiting for the same to happen but just keep getting the same txt saying there is a problem so it looks like is a problem in either arranging those works or to get an approval I dont know, I would have expexted this to have happened already, at least the Fiber broth inside the property. Also nothing about this shows in my account.

Had the same message but process actually well - turned out OpenReach needed to bring Fibre in from the road - some digging required which is a different team. So inspection from Civils team leader to view required then about three weeks for work to be done then installation.
