Audio description does not turn off tried AD button on remote and tv settings.

Have removed power from hub and rebooted and appears to have resolved issue. Have had problem with hub since installation of sound and picture not in sync this issue cleared yesterday so assumed this was resolved by talktalk but this was when AD issue started so possibly just needed power off reboot to finish install of corrective intervention.
