Caller Display - Faulty

I wonder who can fix this for me.

Caller Display is set to on, in MyAccount.

My caller display here, now always displays 'Private Caller'.

 

I think this has been going on, since TalkTalk tried to upgrade my Fibre service 7 weeks ago, made a mess in the process, and still has not corrected the mess.

All my inward calls have been received as 'Private Caller' since 9/4/2024, which is a couple of days after I attempted to upgrade my TalkTalk service. TalkTalk made a mess of this. It is being commented on at,

Just to confirm, do all calls show as private caller? Approximately how many deferent number have received calls from that show as private caller?

I never said otherwise, @Gliwmaeden2 

All I am suggesting, when an operative does his tests, he can do a test from any phone from TalkTalk to my TalkTalk phone, at TalkTalk VOIP. That's fair, isn't it?

 

Are you suggesting that I have a pile of mobiles here, to do some of TalkTalk's tests?

There is the TalkTalk VOIP and 1 mobile phone.

So all I can do is call from mobile to TalkTalk.

Can someone from TalkTalk call me on my TalkTalk VOIP?

Retested. No change. Still 'Private Caller'.

OK, could you switch the ONT and router off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest, please let us know how you get on
