Hi,
I cancelled an order for full fibre broadband on 27th July but I am yet to receive any confirmation of this. I keep receiving emails/texts from TalkTalk and CityFibre about my upcoming connection and today they’ve apparently shipped out the equipment to me. I don’t require this and if it really is on its way to me I’ll now have the hassle of having to return it. I cancelled the day after the order was placed so it should never have been sent out 4 days later. Could someone check the status of my order to see if it really has been cancelled please? And if possible stop the shipment of the router.

Oh that’s good to hear about the pre-paid returns bag.
I did phone again on Tuesday 1st August and was told that my order was still active, so had to go through the cancellation all over again. Seen as they never cancelled when I requested it last week, I’m worried that they won’t have this time either. So if you have any updates on the status of my order that would be much appreciated.

I will request an update to make sure the order is cancelled , if the router arrives it should have a pre paid returns bag with it.
