CityFibre won't listen to me.

They keep giving me dates for installation. I (and the owner of the property) want to know what is involved and where and how the proposed installation would be done. We need a survey before agreeing to upgrade, but their automated communications do not allow for this; neither have they contacted the owner of the property. Can you help please?
