Hello. I upgraded to full fibre 900 but I'm still getting my old fibre 65 speeds and it says my old router is connected, which it's not, I have the eero one plugged in. I tried phoning TalkTalk but they cut me off at 7pm with the issue unresolved. Is there a phone numbr for technical support that works over the weekend? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A lot of support lines do seem to suddenly cut off at closing time, @Culchi, sadly. Not just this company!
Phone support opened again this morning at 9am. It will close at 6pm as it's Saturday, and then won't open before Monday.
