Customer service

I have never had any problems with customer service in fact completely the opposite.  Anytime I have had to contact them my queries have been dealt with promptly and by a very nice lady unfortunately I did not catch her name. She quickly sorted out my direct debit and then directed me to technology who quickly got me back in line. Great customer service from a great team.
