DIGITAL VOICE ( NO INCOMING CALLS)

After  a trouble free service for 12 months i now find that i cant recieve incoming calls via digital voice. i have power cycled and reset the grandstream adaptor a few times but still nothing ! i have also power cycled and reset the router also, Nothing has changed on the acount and wonderd if one of the support guys could look into it for me.

also did a line test that showed errors again.

Any help be much appreciated

Hi mockingbirdmedia,

Could you try power cycling the ONT and if it then still isn't working could you try switching it (the ONT) off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest
