I recently reset my router, as the password suddenly stopped working. After resetting, I tried the default password printed on the router label, but it says this is wrong too. I've tried several times. I think, having read other posts on this issue, that I need a new router, but I can't get hold of a human on the customer service phoneline to request one.

Could you try logging in to the router with a different internet browser and if that doesn't work then on a different device

Hi, I've tried the new router, but it says the login details are still wrong. I've used the password on the sticker and 'admin' as the username.
