What is happening with the roll out of 

Digital Voice/VOIP

I was asked if I wanted to go full VOIP months ago, but I’ve heard nothing since.

Hey there, did you receive the upgrade, or you were just advised of the Full fibre being available in your area.

Generally behind schedule, @Taffy6.

 

The deadline is no longer the end of this year for the great switch off of the copper lines, and there was so much demand from those that were told they'd be charged £12 per month for copper leave behind, that Talktalk couldn't keep up with demand for switching to VOIP.
