Digital Voice not working - affecting multiple customers

There are several people I have seen with this issue, where the phone is reporting as not registered. I have tried my Digital Voice landline and that does not work either, with the same error message.

 

Please, can this be investigated?

My landline has started working OK now.

Hi @KeithFrench , I know you know its being looked into but just in case anyone clicks here with similar problem, it is being looked at and is on the service status dashboard.
