Digital voice adapter

I have had future fibre 150 and voice since last Tuesday but still waiting on digital voice adapter grandstream after a few chats it still hasn't arrived and agents seem confused about what I am asking for even though I have the email stating that it is part of the package they even sent me WiFi router which has no relevance to the set up which is for an eero 6 please help don't fancy another hour on the chat

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk  sorry I missed the link you sent still waiting for my digital voice adapter though so had full fibre 150 for nearly 3 weeks now and no phone.

 

Please help 🙏
