Difficulty logging in to MY ACCOUNT

I recently had full fibre 150 installed and since then I have has a couple of issues.
1. Logging in to my Talktalk My Account.
On Safari the web connection keeps trying to log me in but keeps flashing back and forward. I have left it trying for several minutes with no success. I open another tab and log another web page and going back to the talktalk tab find I am into my dashboard.
I have been on chat and tried their usual suggestions like trying Chrome, clearing cach, rebooting Eero etc with no joy. The chat line must get fed up trying as I lose their connection and have to go through the whole process again.
2. I cannot open sponsored web pages if I have Eero secure homesafe selected. Non sponsored pages open normally.
again online chat not helpful.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?

Hi maltster
There is a known issue with Safari browser as it seems to treat My Account as a pop up, so begins blocking it. Can you ensure that Pop-ups blockers/ Ad blockers are disabled for My Account.
