Does Voicemail work with Full Fibre?

We were recently moved across to full fibre but we have lost our Voicemail service that we had with the copper landline. Dialling 1571 says "sorry, this service is not available". Does Voicemail work with Full Fibre and can this be restored?
Thanks

Morning,
Thanks for confirming. I've asked our Faults Escalation team to take a look now and I will keep you updated.
Thanks
Michelle

I have the WiFi Hub 2 router. As part of the fibre upgrade we received a similar hub router with the extra green phone port.
I wondered if maybe the Voicemail was attached to the old copper phone line and had not been transferred to the VOIP. There was a short overlap so that we were not without a phone service during the upgrade. As soon as the phone worked from the new router and the broadband speed had found its new level, I stopped using the old line.

Hello,
I am so sorry, I've completely misread your post and thought you said Caller Display and not Voicemail, my apologies. Can I just ask, are you using an eero with a Digital voice adapter or the Wifi Hub 2 router please? I can then escalate this over to our Faults Escalation Team.
You can also unselect Caller Display in your My Account again.
Thanks
Michelle

I've never had a phone that does Caller Display.
It is the Voicemail service that has failed.

Hi Michelle,
I have disabled Caller Display, then re-enabled it after 4 hours.
I got a confirmatory email each time.

Good morning,
Thank you for confirming. Could you try removing the Caller Display service in your My Account please, then wait at least 4 hours and then add the Caller Display service back on again. We'll check back in with you next week to see how you're getting on.
Michelle

Hi Michelle, yes Standard Voicemail is selected on the Home Phone Calling Boosts page. This has not changed since before the upgrade to fibre.

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Does the Voicemail service show as active if you log into your My Account?
Thanks
