Eero connection issues

We have recently been persuaded to go full fibre with Talk Talk but our connection is now really poor upstairs. It is much worse than before we changed, so this is very disappointing. The Eero is downstairs. Is it possible to be sent a second Eero please?

I have had the same service running great for few months then all of a suddeñ low coñection speeds all around house and talktalk are trying to make me pay for a router upgrade. I will be leaving talktalk.
