Hi everyone

 

New here but been a TalkTalk customer for years.

I recently upgraded to full fibre.  Had eero units previously installed and was sent upgraded units as part of my package.

I just wanted to ask if anyone knew;

(a)  is the end user the owner of the eero units once they are sent, and,

(b)  if you leave talktalk can these units be used with a different isp, or does talktalk 'lock' them so they can't?

They are locked, @acp8856. Talktalk will ask you to return them if you leave.
