Epson printer XP-322 will not connect to new eero router.

Our TT internet password has 9 characters and is failing to connect to the internet , the printer set up screen says password 8-65 characters , I assume this means available, but I cannot find a way to alter. The Epson set up guide just says enter password.

Any ideas please

Have you still got the set up disc to reinstall to your PC?

 

If not you can download from here.

Probably worth uninstalling then printer then running the setup again.

 

I'm assuming that other devices are connecting to your Eero successfully and it's not an issue with the router.
