Existing customer poor offers

As an existing customer the offer to upgrade to full fibre 150 is £39. For new customers it’s £27. I have other providers literally knocking on my door offering £26 per month and to buy out the contract. 
I’m aware Talktalk will negotiate prices, but what a hassle. 
just wondered how others go on re prices.

Just call or use Chat, @harvi and saying "thinking of leaving" concentrates their minds.

 

You usually do not get the best deals through email  / My Account offers so it is worth giving it time to haggle in person.
