If you are looking for TalkTalk WiFi extender and not traditional powerline plugs and you have a Hub 3 router then you should contact the Full Fibre team 

Best wait though for @mandisa1-TT to confirm your package and options if you are looking for the TalkTalk option.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Some do have WiFi capability, others don't.

You would be best to do a Google search to find the ones that do and make your choice
