Hi @DEGSY2  Not all phone numbers can be ported to VoIP services. If your existing number is associated with an analog service, it may not be eligible for transfer to a VoIP system. It is our Full Fibre Team that will be able to give you more details regarding this.

When I ordered fibre 150 I stipulated the package must include VoIP,as I intend using my compatible analogue phones/and cordless dect.phones.If you required VoIP.think you should have told them when you called to upgrade I'm on Fibre 65 at present(to cabinet),connection speeds have been acceptable for that package.

It won't appear in your account right now; you'll need to wait 24 hours.

I've just been offered that deal (Fibre 150 deal) after 40 minutes of navigating and speaking to machines and then real person.
That's the first I've heard, it doesn't show on my account and I haven't received ANY info email or mailshot, all I've had is the broadband 65 rubbish offer. I've been with talk talk for years, suffering with much less than 50Mb with no fix. Their site go's round in circles, whats going on.

Hey there, @DEGSY541. It seems you are creating multiple duplicate threads. But when you said you wanted a new package did you mention wanting to keep your landline?
