As the title says My modem says it can not connect to the internet due to FTTP NO EXTERNAL IP.

They tried but as i stated Iwork 12 hour shift and about to leave for work soon. Also as i stated my service light is of has never been on, Also you have charged my bank for the 8th ???? I have had 0 service. Fed up now please fix it or cancle and i will go else where.

Just to confirm, you currently have the eero connected directly to the ONT? Which lights are on, on the ONT?

Yes. I work 12-hour shifts and my husband can't do anything without me here, My internet is still off I have no service as it shows only 3 lights on my router / eero is flashing blue to pair but as the title says FTTP NO EXTERNAL IP is as far as I get, FIX this issue ASAP as this is over 10 weeks since I ordered the internet from you!!!.. So far this super fast fiber is the slowest I have ever had in 20 years.

Don't bother posting here, they are too slow.
Go to TT's website and chat with them, they will make you go through checks and such and eventually realise the problem is not on your end.
If they claim a "misalignment", good luck... I haven't had internet in more than 1 week.

I'm really sorry to hear this. Was this installed by CityFibre or Openreach? What lights are currently on the ONT?
