Hello,
I was a CityFibre customer through AirBroadband / Zybre. They went bankrupt (?) and my service abruptly was terminated with only about 12 hours warning on the 29th May.
CityFibre says I can now sign up with TalkTalk... I have done so (3 times). Twice online, once through a phone call to sales.
In each case, the order goes through fine. I then got a text to say the order can't be completed. I inquired why, and it says the line is still in use... ??
I have no service at the moment, from anyone, and I am not able to get in touch with Zybre as they have gone bust.
I have tried calling the CityFibre Issue Resolutions team over and over to resolve this, and each time they say they'll call me back, which hasn't happened.
All I need is to be able to get my order through, so whether it's TalkTalk needs to talk to CityFibre, or something else, can anyone help?? Or tell me who to call ?
Just need to get internet... 😞
Thanks

Hi Debbie,
No I didn't get an order number from any of the 3 times I ordered. It went through as normal, all seemed fine, and it said I would have a connection date within 3 days. But I never got any further information, and when I inquired, it said the order was cancelled due to 'missing or incorrect information'.
So after further inquiry it sounded like the line is still in use, and so the order can't be processed...

Hi barnslis
I'm just sending you a Private Message to confirm some details.
Thanks

Hi Debbie,
I can't see an order number as such. After my phone order went through I immediately got an email with the subject "Your TalkTalk Contract Documents" and a couple of documents with the contract, but no order number as such.
The order was TalkTalk Fibre 900 Data Only (FTTP-CF), and email was received on 6th June at 2:10pm, if that helps? Do you want my postcode or anything else?
Cheers

Hi barnslis
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Do you have a FTTP order number?
