My connection suddenly dropped today at 13:38 in SE12

Anybody else experiencing it?

I've restarted the fiber and rebooted the Eero, however router led is still red.
Fiber box has 3 leds green instead.

Hi Chris,

thank you for your quick reply. This has been confirmed to be a widespread issue in the area due to Openreach outage. I've been in touch with the support team via chat, this is the open case REP-14576002.
The operator told me the case has been escalated to Openreach.

Could you switch the ONT off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and reboot the eero. Please let us know how you get on

More info: LOS led is off, the other three are green.
