Fibre 500 not activated

Hi, 

 

My fibre 500 was supposed to be activated yesterday 20th Dec, i have the new eero pro 6 and its working fine, i spoke to someone yesterday on live chat and they said they hadn't activated it for whatever reason and he would manually activate it, this morning still no fibre 500 and still getting fibre 150 speeds, no one on live chat seems to be able to give me an answer and send me round in circles talking to different people asking the exact same questions, so i'm hoping a talktalk agent can help me on here, thanks.
