I have just ordered full fibre 150 and the email I received said that I have the correct equipment already , I have the hg633 , is this router suitable for full fibre

I uploaded photos from the front and back of the router , the said rest assured it will work , was on chat for over an hour , so frustrating

Yes, it is suitable for fibre as in FTTC, but not Full Fibre FTTP. And it is an old model no longer issued in any event. It also looks similar to some routers that are. Did you not make clear that it was a Huawei HG633 and about the requirements for your new package? From what you have told us here I am not sure you have received correct advice.

The information you have been given is wrong the HG633 will not work, here are two examples -

The Huawei HG633 router is designed for ADSL2+ broadband, not full fibre.
If you need to use a landline make sure they are aware -
TalkTalk's Full Fibre broadband packages, including options with voice, offer a mix of speeds and features. You can choose a data-only plan (no landline) or add a voice line to your FTTP package. TalkTalk uses Digital Voice for landline calls, which use your full fibre connection rather than traditional copper lines.
