I have recently upgraded my FTTP 150mb broadband to 500mb due to end of contract i noticed almost immediately an increase in the upload speed to 70mb which is as expected however the download speed remains at 150mb any ideas

The upload speed was upgraded within 12 hours the download a couple of days later my issue is now my Eero 6 (Kitchen) directly connected to the OTP has the 500mb speeds but my Eero 6 (Bedroom) has the new upload speed but the download speed is as before 150mb any ideas i do have a spare Eero 6 if needed or should i just restart the bedroom eero

Hi,
Did you receive a Go Live Date with the new FF500? I would advise for you to turn your router off for 30 mins and check your speed again.
My up-grade happened a few days before the Go Live Date, did the above and speed was as advertised..500/70.
